My thrifty son

Andrew used to skateboard a lot a few years ago mainly in 8th and 9th grades. He would go to skate parks and do tricks and jumps with his friends. He has mostly given it up but occasionally will skate every now and then. Since its not as important to him as it once was he only has one pair of skater shoes- and they're pretty nasty. Holes all over! Instead of throwing them out he decided to duck tape them to get more use out of them.

What's that quote..."Fix it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without." I guess he'll be able to handle worn out walking shoes on his mission. lol

Too funny!! I think duct tape is an essential part of a missionary's supplies. How great he already knows additional uses for it.:-)
