My weigh in today was in a word: disappointing. I lost 0.4 lbs. Not even a pound. I've been thinking why only a 1/2 lb. being that I haven't done anything different from my normal weeks. I think it's because my body has lost 4 lbs. for weeks now and it's holding onto the weight. (sort of like that dreaded week 2 in "The Biggest Loser") I need to change things up.
I'm going to continue eating 6 times a day, every 2 to 3 hours but I'm going to pump up my exercise. Here's to a week of nasty sweat! I hope it will make a difference at my next weigh in.

Oh my, why are we so plagued with weight??? Man ever since I started getting into my late thirties and early forties it's been a continuing struggle...
