100 lb. quest


I lost 2 lbs this week. Better definitely! I'll be detoxing this next week starting tomorrow.  I haven't had fruits since the last time I detoxed in October. The plan is to clean out my insides. Still trying to kick it up a notch. It should help with my hunger too.  I jogged on the treadmill this past week. A first for me!

I do not like fruit so one of the main things I always run into if I try to diet is that diets usually mean eating alot of fruit - so I am usually sunk.

I am so interested in the fact that you haven't had fruit since October. Have you been eating alot of protein and veggies?

Good job! I love fruit. I'm so interested in knowing what has worked for you to be so successful.
