After 6 days of detox, last one today, I've lost 8 lbs this week. I'm down 80 lbs since I started this journey. My clothes are swimming on me. Would anyone like to know what I'm doing?
My husband and I are on Medifast. It is eating 6 times a day every 2 to 3 hours. Meal replacements for 5 meals (their shakes, bars, chips, soups, oatmeal, pancakes etc... they are nutritionally figured out already) and a meat and vegetable meal of my choosing. I also drink a ton of water, over 64 ounces daily.
