100 lb. quest

I lost 4 pounds this week.  Lots of walking and jogging.  I've also been taking this for a week. 2 tablespoons a day.
 Dr. Oz  recommends it for belly fat.  I haven't measured myself yet to see if its done anything. I saw it in this magazine article.  It sounded good and was easy.  Hopefully it does what it says it should!
