I had some sugar and carbs, gained 3 lbs. I'm detoxing this week. I've been going back and forth deciding if I really wanted to commit to it. It's my birthday this week and usually lunches, dinners, cake and ice cream would be in order. But, I realized the best way for me to spend my birthday is in control and losing weight. The detox I'm doing is not exactly the same as what I usually do. It's cheaper. I just hope it works.
