I'll have to explore your blog and see what detox is. Sounds like a great thing to get your body going and your mind excited about losing.
Tauna- I got the Detox/Cleanse at CVS. It was a Jillian Michaels brand. Much cheaper. It didn't have a food list inside it so I just used what I always do from Medifast.
