100th post

I can't believe that I am at my 100th post already. Crazy! When I started this blog I had no idea how many wonderful friends I would meet and learn from. It has truly been a blessing in my life. Something that I really needed. I didn't know it at the time but I did. I'm a pretty social person but because I've got a little one at home I've been feeling very limited as to what I can do. My freedom that I've had for so many years has disappeared and I guess I got lonely. The blog has been a great outlet for me and I'm journaling our family happenings so I'm feeling productive too.

I've decided to list 100 random things about me. I've seen others post these on their blogs and have been in awe as to how they can come up with 100 things about themselves. And well I'm always up for a challenge. So here goes.... I hope it's not too boring.

It is fun to get to know you better. Lots in common!

I think your little one is younger than mine but I also have a "caboose" that came a few years later than the others. I sometimes feel caught in a type of limbo. I have these older kids off to college and then this young one - what "Mom" age group do I fit in now? Sometimes it can be hard.

Your list was great!

VERY interesting things! Do you speak German> I would think your parents would have a lot to teach people about how to make it here....

Thanks everybody for your kind comments. I challenge ALL of you to do a random 100 list so I can learn more about you.

Pancake- I do understand some German but don't speak it ( probably because I know how its suppose to sound) My parents used to talk German to us but stopped when I was 5 because my sister had a speech issue and needed to concentrate on only English. My mom lived in Europe during WWII so yeah she has great stories and amazing experiences. She gave me a DVD of her personal history and its priceless.

I loved reading your list! What an interesting life you have lived! I too only sleep in nightgowns, hate white tile and don't know how to sew. I especially loved what you wrote about how you feel when your husband comes home. That was probably his favorite part of your posting as well. Congrats on making 100! I have 18 more to go before reaching that number.

Still here! I loved learning all this new stuff about you!

Whenever I see an "about me" list I always think I will get bored, and I'm always so fascinated that I read the WHOLE thing!

Loved getting to know you better.
