Sunday Centers

We used to do Sunday centers every Sunday as a way for the kids to get along with one another. It totally worked great. One of my "good" mother ideas.
It also helps as a way for the big kids to play with the little ones. Heather used to love centers when she was younger. She used to whisper to me, " Is it time yet, please?"
Now with more kids in the house we did them again today. Basically the kids take turns playing with each other.
In our case, they take turns playing an activity with Tyler. He loves it-undivided attention given to a 4 year old. Andrew and Tyler made block towers, Heather and Tyler made up silly stories and played with his animals and Lauren and Tyler played with finger paints. I couldn't resist taking a picture of some of the fun.

Such a cute idea. I wish I were a young mom again so I could do cool stuff.
Now I'm a granny. How the heck did that happen?
