I've always loved May 1st. Something about springtime and blooming flowers or maybe it was that silly May pole dance in elementary school. Who knows for sure. So in honor of May day I will post every day in the month of May. I've done this once before and it was fun but definitely challenging. We'll see how this goes...
The wedding flowers will officially be daisies. He calls her his daisy girl.
When our boys were young we used to make May baskets and take them over to the neighbors and leave them on the doorstep. They loved ringing the doorbell and running.
My daughter had them for her wedding also.. 12 years ago.
When we were madly looking for fabric to make My daughters wedding dress.. We found an all over lace in a daisy pattern. It was very expensive, we were lucky we just wanted it for the bodice of the dress.. so we only needed 5/8th of a yard.. the fabric was 100 dollars a yard.. it was so worth the price to make her wedding Dress complete with the choice of Daisy's as flowers..
Lisa, this is very cool! I found another woman through blogging, who is also married to a Pulsipher.
I had never even heard of the name, until I met my husband, and I bet there isn't a week that goes by where I'm not asked if I know "So and So Pulsipher."

Good luck on the posting something each day. I don't know if I could ever do that.
I'm anxious to see what you come up with.
I think you are having fun with this wedding. :-) And I am looking forward to your daily posts.
Thanks for stopping by, it's nice to "meet" you. Daisies would make for a lovely wedding flower.
