Mondays are my weigh in days. I lost 4 lbs this past week! I've decided to record my weigh ins. It keeps me accountable and actively thinking about my goals. This makes 64 lbs lost so far. I'm trying to get to 100. Some people (really just one person) thinks I'll stop before I reach my goal of 100 lbs. This really just makes me more motivated to prove her wrong.
Here's a healthy recipe I found. I'm into healthy these day. It's on my recipe blog. Just know that not all the recipes are healthy. They are mostly family favorites or ones I really like. I've tried to give credit if they're not originally mine. Enjoy!
