100 lb. quest

Well I lost the pound I gained last week but that was it.  Frustrating!  They're telling me I'm not losing more because I'm exercising too much.  Again Frustrating!  I'm not having a lot of calories so when I add more exercise my body wants to hold onto the fat.  I've been exercising for an hour and a half but I'll cut it down to 45 minutes and see if that helps. 
I think it will all even out in the end. I'm gaining more muscle mass which is good.  I really do need to see the scale go down every week though or I'll get discouraged.  Dieting is hard enough but then not seeing results could be major discouraging.

You're doing GREAT Lisa and I am in awe and amazed by you and your accomplishments so far.

You are doing this....yay for muscle, boo for no pounds lost!
It will all even out, you are right.
Love the diagram...it's amazing how our diet and weight affects out overall health...many medications could be stopped with weight loss.
