I lost 2 lbs at this weeks weigh in. Not as much as I wanted but I'll take it. In the next few weeks I forsee stressful days in my future. Usually I combat stress with eating. I'll munch on things that give me energy (sugar). My hope during this stress is that I won't turn to the munchies. I want to stay structured and focused and don't let food overtake me. Wish me luck!
