Weight loss quest

The journey part of this weight loss quest is emotionally up and down.  I lost 1 lb. this week.  No real surprise after a huge loss last week. I'm okay with it.  I just wish this whole process wasn't so hard. I"m trying to get into a routine because I know they work best for me.  I need to figure out how to handle life and all that I need to do and be able to still focus on me.  It's a balancing act I know but I NEED to figure it out.
  If anybody has any ideas that work for them let me know.

I need to remember this!
