Weight Loss Quest

I lost 0.4 pounds this week.  Not too happy.  My counselor says that I am working out too much and my body is holding onto the weight.  Whatever that means.  The magic number is suppose to be 45 minutes of exercise.  I've been doing a least 1 hour, 5 days a week.  I'm gonna try to stop after 45 minutes and see if it makes a difference.  There's nothing worse than giving it your all and coming up empty.

I'm so proud of you working out every day for an hour, I'm not sure why that is not enough but don't stop - I'd like to know what the logic is behind why your councilor says its too much. Maybe its the calorie intake - I know wheat can mess with the system. You have made such progress and should be very proud of yourself - Keep up the good work Lisa and don't be discourage!

Maybe it's just that your fat is replaced by muscles and so you don't "loose weight".
