The first day of school around these parts, actually it's the 7th day already but whose counting...  Here are first of the year pictures.

Studying Abroad in Taiwan and China

My daughter Nicole did a study abroad program in Taiwan and China. She had a fantastic time!  Here are just a few pictures. The first four were taken in Taiwan and the last four in China.

 Her group made it on a jumbo screen at a Taiwanese baseball game.  Nicole is in front wearing  yellow.

This is what I'm doing for Ty's kindergarten class and teacher.  I got the idea  here. She has printables too.

Inside the teachers owl bag are candy bars.  Some large and some leftover small ones.  I did notice that the triangle head was wacky.  I trimmed it up before we delivered it!

The little owls say, "Owl miss you"  on the front and "Have a great summer" on the back.

My other daughter Nicole is going here for the next 5 weeks. I'm so excited for her!  I've always wanted to travel and so glad she gets this opportunity. She'll be helping out in a hospital in Taiwan along with other students in her nursing program and then sight seeing in China.
